Festival poster. Tarnów Film Award – a Polish film festival held annually since 1987 in Tarnów, is an event that popularizes the achievements of Polish cinematography. After the Polish Film Festival in Gdynia, it is the oldest festival associated with Polish film. For twenty years, the Tarnów festival has commissioned artistic posters from Poland’s most prominent artists. The poster illustration refers to the Grand Prix of the festival, the Statuette of the Mascaron.
