Ola Niepsuj

Illustration for Admind’s recruitment campaign. Ola Niepsuj, Kuba Banach and Paweł Mildner joined forces with Admind’s in-house designers to create a series of posters that highlighted the company’s core values: trust, cooperation, responsibility, adventure, satisfaction, and kindness. Each artist was given the freedom to express these values in a style that was uniquely their own. The recruitment campaign was a huge success, with 3000 people visiting the section, and Admind gaining hundreds of new followers on social media. It was recognized with numerous awards, including Red Dot Design Award in 2020 and the Creativity International Awards.
