Inspiration for the poster celebrating 100 years of Bauhaus was the oeuvre of Benita Koch-Otte – a student in the Bauhaus weaving workshop, later a lecturer in weaving craftsmanship, and a leading designer of modernist fabrics and rugs. In accordance with the tradition of Bauhaus – combining arts and crafts, the project was hand-made (like the Benita Koch-Otte projects) as a collage of several elements.
